Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?
Most of our parts are genuine OEM, pulled from late-model vehicles. When a part is aftermarket, the brand is shown on the product page.
What condition are the parts in?
Every part is used and graded. Grade A is light wear, Grade B is average wear, and Grade C is heavy wear or for parts. When a listing has photos, they show the actual part you'll receive.
How much is shipping, and how fast is it?
Shipping is free on every order within the US. Orders ship by UPS Ground, usually within 2 business days, and typically arrive 3 to 4 business days after that. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
What's your return policy?
You can return a part within 14 days of delivery. If it arrives damaged or not as described, we cover return shipping. For fitment issues or a change of mind, you pay return shipping. There's no restocking fee. Email us before sending anything back so we can approve the return. Full return policy
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
Functional defects that stop the part from working as intended, for 90 days from delivery. It doesn't cover cosmetic wear, bulbs, seals or other consumables, or labor and installation costs. Warranty details
