Refund policy

14-Day Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping responsibility:

Fitment issues or change of mind: Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Item not as described or damaged on arrival: Pikt covers return shipping.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

Money Back Guarantee
If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, you are eligible for a refund under our Money Back Guarantee. In these cases, we will cover return shipping. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

90-Day Functional Warranty
All parts include a 90-day functional warranty from the date of delivery.

Covered: Functional defects that prevent the part from operating as intended.

Not covered: Cosmetic condition (scratches, scuffs, fading, wear), seals, gaskets, bulbs, fluids, or other consumable components. Damage caused by installation, misuse, modification, or improper handling is not covered.

Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with all original identifying marks, labels, and seals intact. All original components, hardware, and accessories must be included. Items that are altered, missing components, or returned in a different condition may be denied.

Labor & Additional Costs
We do not reimburse labor, installation, programming, diagnostic fees, towing, rental vehicles, or any other incidental or third-party costs.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy instead.

How to Start a Return
Email contact@piktparts.com with your order number, part number or product URL, a brief description of the issue, and photos showing the problem (including packaging if damaged). We will review and provide next steps if approved.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Once processed, refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
